When it comes to cutting calories, every little bit helps. One of the fastest ways to cut calories from your diet is to focus on calories you may be drinking. Beverages such as juice, soda, and alcohol can add up quickly! Try these infused water recipes to keep yourself refreshed while avoiding excess calories.


Making infused water is quick and easy. All you need is filtered water, ice cubes and the ingredients for your flavored waters. Make sure to crush the fruit slightly and bruise the leaves of any herbs you may be using to fully release the flavor. When it comes to creating new flavors, don’t limit yourself to only using fruit. When it comes to flavor combinations there are so many options! We recommend incorporating stronger flavors using vanilla beans or basil paired with a lighter fruit.

Ginger Pear
