Meratrim® weight management ingredient found effective

With 26.2 percent of adults in the United States having excessive weight and another 36.1 percent considered overweight, safe and effective weight management supplements are becoming important tools for eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly. Two recent studies published in the journal Obesity and the Journal of of Medicinal Food have found Interhealth Nutraceuticals Meratrim® to be effective weight management supplements.

The research in Obesity used a randomized, double-blind study with a placebo on 60 participants while the Journal of Medicinal Food took these findings and combined them with the results from another study conducted on another group of 40 people. The combined data showed that Meratrim® is an effective supplement choice to help people reach their weight-loss goals in as little as two weeks. The studies also showed that participants receiving Meratrim® instead of the placebo steadily experienced better weight loss over an eight-week period.

Why these findings matter
A two-week time frame is an important success for dietary ingredients like Meratrim® because it allows people to feel accomplished by their efforts and prevents them becoming discouraged. After the two-week period, Meratrim® was found to continue to lead to more weight loss and a slimmer waist and hip measurement than a placebo. In addition to taking Meratrim®, study participants walked 30 minutes a day for five days a week and consumed a diet of 2,000 calories per day.

Neither of the studies found any safety risks or adverse effects that were specifically associated with the herbal supplement - making it a safe option to complement a new lifestyle that includes a healthy diet and exercise. Sphaeranthus indicus flower heads and Garcinia mangostana fruit rind combine together to play a key role in the way Meratrim® works. By using these ingredients, you can adjust the formation of fat cells and the way that body fat is broken down to promote healthy weight loss.

But besides weight management we should also look after our protein sources also. I still want to want to learn more and imply them perfectly.
