3 Healthier Versions of Your Favorite Desserts

Everyone loves eating dessert, and cutting it out of your diet is one of the hardest parts of starting to follow a healthier lifestyle. You need to eat less sugar if you want to lose weight, but we are almost addicted to sweet foods. Many desserts call for pudding as an ingredient, and Americans love to eat it all by itself, too. It's not good for you at all, though, so anyone that's health-conscious should be figuring out how to change it out.  Greek yogurt is a great substitution in almost all cases. 3. Healthier nutella

Nutella, that delicious combination of hazelnuts, chocolate and sugar is one of the most popular sweet spreads in the world. You can put it on almost anything to make it more delicious. The spread isn't great for your health, though. Luckily, you can make your own version at home. By using alternative sweeteners, you can cut out that unhealthy sugar and create something just as good as the original.
