Whether you’re a guest, the bride, or the groom-to-be, wedding season and the need for wedding attire will soon be upon us. In order to look great and feel even better this season, we’ve got a workout that is designed to target all the muscles in your body. It should only take about 30 minutes a day and doesn’t require a gym membership.
The Wedding Season Workout
10 Chair Dips. Place your hands on a sturdy chair with fingers facing forward and feet straight out on the floor in front of you. Bend your arms as far as you can, and try touching your rear to the floor, and then push back up. Your back should stay close to the edge of the chair during this move.
10 Pike Push-ups. Get into a standard push-up position. Then, walk your feet into your hands to cut the distance between your feet and hands in half. Bend your arms and touch the top of your head to the floor, keeping your rear high in the air. Then, push back up.
